Overview
Welcome to Luce Feroce. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Luce Feroce Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17385205), whose registered office is at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA. We operate the website at luceferoce.com, including all related content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services").
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referred to in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Where anything here conflicts with those rights, your statutory rights prevail.
By using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Access and account
By agreeing to these Terms you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
To use the Services you may be asked to provide information such as your email address and billing, payment and delivery details. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you will keep it up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not transfer, sell or assign your account to anyone else.
2. Our products
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours and appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen, depending on your device and its settings.
We stock garments from a number of independent brands. Sizing varies between them, and each product page carries that brand's own measurements.
Product descriptions may change without notice. We may discontinue any product at any time, and may limit quantities available to any person or region.
Nothing in this section affects your right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
3. Orders
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed between you and Luce Feroce Ltd, when we send you a despatch confirmation, not when you receive an order acknowledgement.
We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we have identified a pricing error, or if we are unable to authorise your payment. If we cannot accept your order we will tell you and refund any sum already taken.
Your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are shown separately and are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Prices may change, but the price that applies to your order is the price displayed when you place it and confirmed in your order confirmation.
If we discover an obvious pricing error before we accept your order, we will contact you and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling.
5. Delivery and risk
We deliver to addresses in Great Britain only. Delivery times are estimates.
The goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered into your physical possession. Risk passes to you at that point, not when we hand them to a carrier. If your order does not arrive, or arrives damaged, contact us and we will resolve it with the courier on your behalf.

6. Cancellation and returns
You have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You have the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains how to exercise these rights, and the limited exceptions that apply for hygiene reasons. It forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
The content of the Services, including text, images, graphics, video and their selection and arrangement, is owned by Luce Feroce Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or republish material from the Services without our written consent.
Brand names, logos and product names belonging to the labels we stock remain the property of those brands.
8. Third-party links and tools
The Services may link to, or incorporate tools from, third parties. We do not control those sites or tools and are not responsible for their content, and any use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms. This does not limit our responsibility for the products we sell you.
9. Relationship with Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Your purchase contract is with Luce Feroce Ltd, not with Shopify.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For the purposes of UK data protection law, Luce Feroce Ltd is the data controller.
11. Your content and feedback
If you send us reviews, suggestions or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours to give, and that it is not unlawful, defamatory or offensive. We may decline to publish or may remove content at our discretion.
12. Acceptable use
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not use them to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, harass anyone, transmit false or misleading information, send spam, impersonate another person, introduce malware, or interfere with the security or operation of the site.
13. Our liability to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- any breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods, including the right to receive goods which are as described, of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and supplied with reasonable skill and care;
- defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
We are not liable for business losses. We supply our products for domestic and private use, and we have no liability for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
14. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event occurs we will contact you as soon as possible, and you may cancel and receive a refund for anything paid for but not received.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version that applies to your order is the version in force when you place it. Material changes will be notified in accordance with applicable law.
16. General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.
If we do not insist that you perform any obligation, or delay in enforcing our rights, that does not mean we have waived those rights.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, and will tell you in writing if we do. You may only transfer yours with our written consent.
17. Complaints and governing law
If something has gone wrong, please email contactus@luceferoce.com in the first instance. We aim to reply within one working day.
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland; if you live in Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland.
