UK Delivery
- Standard Delivery (3–5 working days): £3.95
- Premium Next Working Day: £4.95 (order by 3pm, Mon–Thu)
Premium delivery excludes weekends, bank holidays, Northern Ireland, and some areas of Scotland. Orders placed after 3pm will be sent via standard delivery.

Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking details provided.
If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the courier first. If you still need assistance, reach out to our customer support at contactus@luceferoce.com
We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered by the courier.
Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for resending.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Returns
We will not accept returns for vitamins, supplements and cosmetics if the seal has been broken or the item has been opened.
Unless the item is faulty, you will cover the cost of returning unwanted goods,
