Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in Great Britain only. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).

Delivery times
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Orders with items from more than one brand
We work with a number of independent brands, and each despatches its own items. If your order contains items from more than one brand, they may arrive separately and on different days. You won't be charged more than once for delivery.
Delivery problems
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking details in your despatch email, then contact us at contactus@luceferoce.com. Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you, and we'll take up any problem with the courier on your behalf.
Incorrect delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address given was incorrect or incomplete, we'll refund the cost of the goods. A further delivery charge will apply if you'd like the order sent again.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email contactus@luceferoce.com with your order number and a photograph, and we'll put it right. See our Returns & Refunds policy for your full rights.
